Heritage School is an independent co-educational day school located in the heart of Cambridge, educating children from Reception (age 4) to Year 11 (age 16). Its education is grounded in the philosophy and methodology of British educator Charlotte Mason, combining a rich, book-based curriculum, generous time outdoors and across the city, and a deliberate commitment to screen-free routine learning. Small class sizes, skilled and committed teachers and excellent classroom resources support strong personal and academic outcomes, preparing pupils not only for further education but for life.
Day fees (2026, per term incl. VAT) range from £4,446 (Lower Prep) to £6,610 (Years 9–11) — approximately £13,000 to £20,000 per year across three terms. Fees are paid monthly by Direct Debit from August to July.
Families are encouraged to attend an Open Morning or arrange a visit, followed by an application and an informal assessment appropriate to the child's age. See the admissions procedure for full details.
